Coremapper
Windows isn't UNIX (unfortunately) but sometimes you wonder: RAM mapped as a section object is a case in point. It can't be written, but at least it can be read. (And of course if you delve down to drive level anything is possible.)
Coremapper is one of the first Radsoft applications ever, dating back all the way to 1985 and available on several platforms. Normally it will also show the state of RAM in realtime - you see the bytes change before your eyes.
Things are a bit more complicated on Windows today but you can still browse around and export what you like.
