Hi again 'Mr. Wicked' ...

>yo, u might not thing of this as anyomous, but its not
>real info, its a stolen earthlink, so its good, now,

Yep, makes sense.

>to speak of the implemented attacks, yeah its me, and
>the reason me and my 2 other contributers do this is
>because in a previous post you call us 'script
>kiddies', atleast so i was told, so, i teamed up with
>them and i knock the hell out of your cicso router,

Well, I would probably not have ever said that unless I was provoked.
The truth is, I have a great deal of respect for the whole hacker concept.
You can see that for yourself if you check out the 'tribute' I wrote to
hackers at the bottom of my 'nanoprobe' page:

                         http://grc.com/np/np.htm

(I don't know if you know it, but I recently wrote a complete TCP/IP stack
and protocol suite in assembly language so that I'd be able to create
absolutely any packets that I want. It's pretty cool. While I was working
on it I also came up with a pretty cool idea for dealing with Spoofed
Source IP SYN-floods. Check it out: http://grc.com/r&d/nomoredos.htm )

Anyway ...

As I was saying, I *do* think that there are classy and righteous hackers
and that there are also wannbe 'script kiddies'. I have *no* idea who you
or your friends are, and I would generally never say anything it I didn't
have some reason.

What I think hellfirez and drgreen were (or are) upset about was an
argument which broke out over in one of my more useless forums. As I
understand it, they got into some fight with some other guy from TDS, I
guess. I *never* hang out in the .pchelp group, I read none of that
argument stuff, and I certainly didn't reply in there.

So ... I really have no opinion. I'm just *SO* damn busy that I don't have
time (or the interest really) to spend on non-tech stuff. (I *LOVE*
computers even more than you do! :)

Anyway ... back to what you were saying ...

>and....im building up more bots, no, not sub seven
>lame ass script trojans, i made my own, and it seems
>quite effective does it not? seems to me that ur
>backbone has trouble handling the crap sent at it, go
>ahead and drop icmp pings, u still need to say 'NO' to
>them so it still takes bandwith, thats where tracert
>comes in, to find the t3 box ur on, nice, i see u stop
>it as-of today, :) good for you, now ill find ways
>around it and we can keep playing these games, i find
>it very fun, shout out to hellfirez and drgreen, and
>yeah the hellfirez from subseven, hes a friend and he
>isnt a script kiddie u stupid fuck...

Well, I'm honestly sorry that your friends were pissed off, but I've never
had any conversation with them at all, so I can't see how or why they would
be pissed off at me. I'm just not an argumentative asshole like some of
the other people who hangout at grc. But neither am I a cop who is
responsible for what other people say. My policies deliberately permit
your friends to say anything they want to ... and to be heard. So, perhaps
they were just wanting to attack the folks over in the .pchelp forum ...
and so they blasting my whole world and existence in the process.

And, the truth is, I'm not a 'stupid fuck' any more than you are. You and
I are both just people who dig the shit out of hacking computers. It's all
I do and all I want to do ... and I do it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

>now, if u wish to talk to me in person, hows irc??? irc.icq.com,
>talk to WkD, the nick wicked was taken, good luck :)

Thanks for the invite ... but I'm just *so* busy and *so* far behind that I
think I'll respectfully decline your ICQ invitation. This whole DDoS thing
has been a lot of fun for me -- I've never been attacked before -- and
tanks to it I'm creating a whole new set of web pages to explain how the
Internet works and why DDoS is such a problem for the Internet.

I have finished with the first two ... but I have many more to go. They
are not public yet, but you can check'em out if you're curious:

http://grc.com/dos/theinternet.htm

http://grc.com/dos/packetrouting.htm

Anyway ...

It was nice to meet you and exchange some eMail.

All the best. :)
