That's an authentic new Yahoo! super ad in full size. It has not been enlarged - only compressed by 35% for easier downloading on the Internet. The actual disk size of that image was originally close to 100 KB.

The dimensions of the new Yahoo! ads are 425 pixels in height by 500 pixels in width.

The original Windows desktop was 640 pixels by 480 pixels.

The new Yahoo! super ads cover 27.02% of a 1024x768 desktop - over one quarter; 44.27% of an 800x600 desktop - almost one half; and 69.17% of a 640x480 desktop - over two thirds.
