Zone Labs Secures Strategic Investments from John McAfee, EastWest VentureGroup and Intel Capital
New investors provide expansion capital and expertise to help fund aggressive pace for one of the industry's fastest-growing Internet security software companies

San Francisco, Calif. - (October 2, 2000) - Zone Labs Inc., developers of the award-winning Internet security products ZoneAlarm™ and ZoneAlarm Pro, announced today that it has received investments from EastWest VentureGroup and Intel Capital, plus an investment from John McAfee, founder of McAfee Associates. Until now, the company has been privately funded by its founders.
