Submitted by Fidel. This one made us throw up. There's barf all over the tribunal room floor. Start by reading the product description:

A great way to find unused or used IP address on a network, it will search a range of IP's and report Active and InActive IP's within that range and create a logfile from the results.

This might be the stupidest application ever written.
