He's a cutie. Known to hang about in DC with Ken Lay. His company's subsidiary Brown & Root builds stadiums for Enron. His company Halliburton is raking in the mega-big bucks in Pentagon and State Department contracts in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Guantanamo and just about everywhere else the war on terrorism is being waged. But poor Dickie is wallowing right now with his VP salary of only $186,300 a year. He's hoping W won't run again. And no, Cheney's no cutie. He's far too evil for that - this man willingly profits off death.

But the SEC is investigating his business ethics as well, and the FBI may join in on the fracas later on this year. Executives at Halliburton swear Cheney was in on several major 'dirty deals'. When Cheney resigned from Halliburton to be the VP in DC, he made a walloping $45 million in stock sales. People are wondering what he knew, and who told him. And it's certainly no coincidence that the war in Afghanistan goes forward because Halliburton still wants to build its $2 billion oil pipeline there.
