No extra points for pain

Linux is like an English football stadium. Fans brave the wet and cold and they can never sit but have to stand and freeze and be wet and it's the pain that keeps them going.

Apple is like Maracana Stadium in Rio. It seats over twice that of an English stadium, it is laid out comfortably, and entire families come with picnic baskets and stay the entire day.

When it comes to football, as in operating systems, there are no extra points for pain.
