I set up tcpdump to watch OutBound's target address last night: 
nothing.

I would've done that on Tuesday night, but quite honestly I didn't 
expect to see anything on the OutBound page at all.

I find myself constantly over-estimating their intelligence.  If I 
was testing that, I would do it while disconnected from the 
internet.  Perhaps they tried and failed.  Now that I think about 
it, the fact that OutBound really REQUIRES that the inbound packets 
that set up the link layer come from HackBusters was a Good Thing.

That probably pissed them off...  Making them test it 'live'.

Perhaps why we've stopped seeing stuff is that they've figured out 
how to get around that... (it ain't rocket science... just forge 
some packets to throw at it...)
